Training Week 11 MCRD San Diego Training Matrix
Marine week. Marine week now lasts two weeks, giving the new Marines more time with their Drill Instructors. During this time the Marines will gain more insight as to what it means to be a United States Marine. The Marines will also conduct a uniform inspection for the Battalion Commander.

WEEK ELEVEN
- Force Fitness: Marines conduct physical fitness activities throughout the week.
- 2nd Uniform Fitting: Marines are fitted for their uniforms a 2nd time.
- Blood Drive: Marines are given the opportunity to take part in a blood drive.
- Museum Visit: Marines visit the Marine Corps Museum aboard MCRD.
- MCMAP Test: Marines are tested on their MCMAP skills.
- PFT III: Marines conduct their final physical fitness test.
- Rappel/Fast Rope: Marines are trained on the rappel tower.
- Company Cmdr's Base Depot Tour: Civilian groups take a base tour with the Company Commander.
- Base Liberty: Marines are given a period of time for base liberty.

- Monday, M4: Force Fitness PT I / 2nd Uniform Fitting
- Tuesday, M5:One Mile Run
- Wednesday, M6: MCMAP Sustainment/ Museum Visit
- Thursday, M7: Two Mile Run
- Friday, M8: Rappel Tower / Uniform Issue
- Saturday, M9: Company CMDR Inspection / Field Meet
- Sunday, S11: Religious Services / S.U.L.D. Time / Base Liberty

The training matrices are available for free download on MarineParents.com and RecruitParents.com websites and on Official Marine Corps websites (see links below for both Parris Island and San Diego). We also have a printed 11x17 matrix poster and our literature available at no cost to you in many recruiting stations around the US.
