Training Week 8 MCRD Parris Island Training Matrix
Basic Warrior Training. They are taught basic skills of survival in combat, such as combat marksmanship skills, land navigation, proper gas mask use, and how to maneuver under enemy fire.

WEEK EIGHT
- Work Parties: Recruits help make targets for the range, pick up shell casings, etc.
- BWT (Follow/Female): Basic Warrior Training- follow series and female recruits
- Table 2 (Lead): Recruits take part in the second course of fire during firing week- lead series
- 0-2 Uniform Delivery: Fitted uniforms are delivered.
- BWT (Lead): Basic Warrior Training- lead series
- Table2 Follow/Female: Recruits take part in the second course of fire during firing week- follow series and female recruits.
- Combat End Crs: Combat Endurance Course
WEEK EIGHT TRAINING DAYS
- Monday, T42: O3 Clothing (L/FeA), Table 2 Classes, Written Exam II Retest
- Tuesday, T43: O3 Clothing (F/FeB), Table 2 Classes, Written Exam II Retest
- Wednesday, T44: H/Cuts 7 (F), Table 2 Firing, TCCC (L)
- Thursday, T45: H/Cuts 7 (L), Table 2 Firing, TCCC (F/Fe)
- Friday, T46: Table 2 Qualification, Table 2 Re-Qual
- Saturday, T47: Final CFT, TCCC PracApp
- Sunday, S8: Religious Services, Warfighting, Move to Page Field, BWT Classes

The training matrices are available for free download on MarineParents.com and RecruitParents.com websites and on Official Marine Corps websites (see links below for both Parris Island and San Diego). We also have a printed 11x17 matrix poster and our literature available at no cost to you in many recruiting stations around the US.
