Our guest rooms are thoughtfully equipped with flat-screen TVs offering streaming apps and DirecTV channels, as well as DVD players with access to our curated movie library. Each room features a comfortable Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattress to ensure a restful stay. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a mini refrigerator, with select accommodations offering convenient microwave and mini refrigerator and kitchenettes. Our outdoor pool, surrounded by lush landscaping, provides a relaxing space to unwind.
For our Marine Corps families, we are pleased to offer a late check-out at 1:00 PM (based on availability), and we will gladly hold your luggage until your celebrations at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot have concluded.
Transportation to MCRD
Taxi Transportation: While we do not offer shuttle service, our team is happy to assist with arranging taxi transportation to and from MCRD. The estimated fare is approximately $11 one way, though rates may vary. Many families find it more convenient to use taxi or rideshare services to avoid delays when entering the base.
Trolley and Walking: Guests may also walk to the Old Town Transit Center and take the trolley southbound toward downtown/San Ysidro. Exit at the Washington Street stop, then walk west on Washington Street to Gate 5. The total trip is approximately 20-30 minutes, including walking time and costs approximately $2.50 one way.
